These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of TalkPilot (“TalkPilot,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and related services (“Services”). By using TalkPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using TalkPilot, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using TalkPilot on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

TalkPilot is a Chrome extension and web-based platform that helps users prepare for, run, and review sales calls. We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Product images and visuals shown in marketing materials, the website, or the platform may depict future versions of TalkPilot’s functionality.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use TalkPilot, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

TalkPilot is offered through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription by providing 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@talkpilot.co.
We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
• Use TalkPilot for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the Services
• Share or resell your account access

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

TalkPilot may experience occasional downtime, interruptions, or technical issues due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TalkPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:
• TalkPilot will always function without errors or interruptions
• Data will always be accurate, complete, or available
• The platform will meet every user’s specific needs

Your use of TalkPilot is at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TalkPilot is not responsible for any damages, losses, or errors resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Errors in data collection, summaries, or insights
• Service downtime or interruptions

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and intellectual property related to TalkPilot are owned by TalkPilot or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software without permission.

11. DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. All data is encrypted and processed in line with our Privacy Policy at https://www.talkpilot.co/privacy.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS
