AI sales coaching for B2B teams
When the buyer objects, your rep sees your team's answer.
TalkPilot listens to the call. When the buyer finishes talking, your rep sees the answer you approved, and what to ask next.
- No bot joins the call
- Follows the call in English or Spanish
- Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android
TalkPilotSales call · BANT“Honestly, this is more than we budgeted.”
“Fair. What does this problem cost you each month today? Let's compare that to the price.”
Example of what a rep sees on screen. Your team writes the approved answers in the Command Center.
The problem
Your playbook is in a doc. Your reps are on the call.
When a buyer objects, nobody opens the doc. Each rep answers their own way, and you hear about it days later, if at all.
- 34.7%
of companies say more than 75% of their reps use the sales process every day
CSO Insights, 2019
- 31%
of a first-line sales manager's time goes to company admin, not to their reps
- 76%
of people surveyed say less than half of their company's CRM data is accurate and complete
TalkPilot puts your team's answers on screen during the call. After it, the call is scored and ready to log in HubSpot.
With TalkPilot
Same rep, same call, a different answer.
Four moments every sales team knows, with and without help on screen.
The buyer says it's more than they budgeted
Without TalkPilotYour rep offers a discount to keep the deal alive.
With TalkPilotYour approved answer is on screen: ask what the problem costs them today, then compare.
Your rep is about to promise a go-live date
Without TalkPilot“Sure, you'll be live by Monday.” Now your onboarding team has a problem.
With TalkPilotAn alert with your rule shows up as they start to say it, and the call goes to your review queue.
A new rep's third week
Without TalkPilotThey jump to the demo and never ask about budget or who signs.
With TalkPilotThe playbook stage is on screen with what's still open, so they ask before they demo.

With TalkPilotEach call is scored against your playbook, and the ones that need you are already in a list.

How it works
Before, during and after every call.
What your rep sees on a typical discovery call. Nothing joins the meeting: TalkPilot listens to the audio on the rep's computer or phone.
- Prep
1. Know the account before you dial
Open the meeting from your calendar. The Start button shows the playbook for this call, like “Start · BANT.” If the contact is already in HubSpot or Salesforce, you see their company, status and open deal.
- Rehearse the meeting first with an AI buyer
- Works with Google Calendar or Outlook
- Discover
2. See what's still uncovered
The stage of the call stays on screen, like “Discovery · 2 of 6,” with the items still open. On Mac, Windows and iPhone, each answer the buyer gives is noted next to its item.
- Handle
3. Answer objections your team's way
When the buyer raises a known objection, your approved answer shows before any other suggestion, in English or Spanish. If the rep starts to break one of your rules, an alert shows up.
- Not sure what to say? Tap Assist for the next move
- Follow up
4. Hang up with the follow-up ready
When the call ends you get a one-line takeaway, the action items and a follow-up email draft. Review them once, then log the call to the HubSpot contact.
- Nothing is sent until you approve it
- Drafts open in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail
For sales managers
Coach the whole team, not just the calls you have time to hear.
The Command Center is the web app where you build the playbook and see how each call went.
- Teams
Calls scored against your playbook
Each call gets a score for following the playbook and handling objections, and broken rules are flagged. Very short calls are skipped, and you can leave out test calls.
Know which calls to open first
Calls with a broken rule or a low playbook score go to one review queue, so your coaching time goes where it's needed.
Assign practice
Send a rep a practice run with an AI buyer, like “Win over someone who isn't sold.” Each run is scored.
- Teams
Team DNA: learn from your best rep
Add transcripts of your top seller's calls. Team DNA shows how they run a call, how they answer objections and the phrases they use, quoting their own lines. Apply what works to the whole team's playbook.
Start from SPICED, BANT or Sandler
Starter playbooks in English and Spanish, plus MEDDIC essentials and discovery-led sales. Edit the stages, items and rules to fit your team.
See who really uses it
Adoption shows who installed the app and who used it on real calls, next to a team leaderboard.
Works with what you use
Works alongside your sales calls, and logs them to HubSpot or Salesforce.
TalkPilot hears the audio on the rep's computer, so there's nothing to change in your meeting or calling apps. After the call, the rep reviews the recap and sends it where your team works.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
- No bot joins. TalkPilot listens to the audio on the rep's own computer or phone, so the buyer sees nothing in the meeting. If the rep shares their screen, TalkPilot shows, unless they turn on Undetectable (Mac and Windows). Recording rules vary by place and you are responsible for consent; your workspace can add a notice to calendar invites.
