    Head-to-head

    TalkPilot vs Attention

Attention records sales calls and does most of its work after them: it fills your CRM, drafts follow-ups, scores calls and forecasts deals. TalkPilot is a conversation enhancer for the live call: using your playbook, approved answers, docs and notes, it shows the rep's next line when the buyer stops talking. Choose Attention for CRM automation, TalkPilot for live help.

    The verdict

If your main goal is a CRM that fills itself, automatic follow-ups and forecasts from call data, Attention is built for that; if you want every rep to have extra thinking power on the call, with your playbook, approved answers and company knowledge at hand while the buyer is still on the line, choose TalkPilot Teams.

    Choose TalkPilot if

    • Your reps need help while the buyer is still talking: the next line or question, your approved answer to an objection before anything else, and the playbook stage with what is still left to cover.
    • You want coaching that knows your business, not generic tips: your company knowledge, playbook and approved answers, plus each rep's own documents, call brief, Memory and CRM contact.
    • You want reps to practice before real calls: an AI plays the buyer by voice and scores the run, and reps can rehearse tomorrow's meeting from the calendar.
    • You don't want a bot in your customers' meetings or stored call audio, and your conversations happen in more places than Zoom, Meet or Teams: any calling app, and in person.
    • Your team sells in Spanish, or in both languages. Coaching follows the language of the call, and the apps and Command Center are in English and Spanish.
    • You are a team of 3 or more and want a published price: $32 per seat a month billed yearly, or $40 monthly, with self-serve signup.

    Choose Attention if

    • Your biggest problem is CRM data: you want deal fields filled from every call and follow-up emails drafted or sent for you.
    • Your leaders need deal scores, forecasts and pipeline reports built from calls and emails.
    • You want every meeting recorded so people can replay it, clip it and comment on it.
    • You need call transcripts in many languages beyond English and Spanish, or your CRM is Pipedrive or GoHighLevel.

We build TalkPilot, so read this as a vendor page. Every claim about Attention below comes from Attention's own website and help docs, checked on October 11, 2026. The links are at the bottom so you can check them too.

Attention is an AI sales platform built around recording every call and email and then acting on it: CRM updates, follow-up emails, scorecards and forecasts. TalkPilot is a conversation enhancer, built on proven conversation methods to make you the best communicator you can be: extra thinking power for the rep, live, while the buyer is still on the line. It listens on the rep's own computer or phone and works from your playbook, your approved answers and the context each rep loads before the call. Managers still get calls scored against your own playbook.

Help during the call vs work after it

Attention's center is what happens after a call. It records the meeting, then its AI fills your CRM fields, drafts the follow-up email, scores the call and updates the deal's forecast. Its changelog says that in June 2026 its Mac app added live talk track and battlecard prompts during the call. We did not find a help article that explains how those prompts work.

TalkPilot's center is the call itself. Picture a buyer saying 'we already use another tool for this.' TalkPilot shows your company's approved answer first, while the buyer is still waiting for a reply. When the other person stops talking, or when the rep taps Assist, it shows the next line, question or direction. If your playbook has stages, the rep sees where they are and what is still left to cover, and gets a warning if they start to say something your rules forbid.

TalkPilot also covers before and after the call: practice with an AI that plays the buyer and scores the run, a rehearsal of tomorrow's meeting built from the calendar, and a recap with action items, a follow-up draft and an optional Deep Dive.

Coaching that knows your company, your buyer and your goal

Generic advice does not help much on a real call, so TalkPilot works from the context you give it. Each rep can add their own documents (PDF, TXT or MD), which the coach reads before and during the call, and a short brief for each call, like 'Renewal call with Acme, I want to keep them on the annual plan.' Memory keeps lessons from past calls plus the rep's own notes. TalkPilot also reads the calendar invite and, when HubSpot or Salesforce is connected, the contact before the call starts. Reps can even paste what ChatGPT or Claude already knows about them into their profile.

TalkPilot Teams adds what the whole company knows: company knowledge from your PDF, DOCX, PPTX slides, TXT, CSV and more, your playbooks, your approved answers, and Team DNA from your best reps. Every rep gets the same facts and the same answers on every call. You can also use TalkPilot inside Claude or ChatGPT, for example to search your calls or prepare for the next one.

    What managers get from each

Attention is built for revenue leaders and RevOps: scorecards on every call against MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED or your own framework, deal scores and pipeline reports, AI agents you describe in plain language, and a CRM that stays up to date without reps typing. If clean CRM data and forecasts are your main problem, that is what it is made for.

TalkPilot Teams gives managers the Command Center: calls scored against your playbook (stage coverage, objection handling, rule breaks), a review queue for the calls that need a look, a leaderboard, coaching notes and practice assignments. Team DNA reads transcripts of your best reps, shows how they run a call and answer objections, and can add that to the playbook for everyone.

    Recording, language and price

Attention records calls. By default its notetaker joins the meeting as a participant; its Mac app can record from the rep's computer instead, with no bot. TalkPilot never joins the meeting. It hears the call on the rep's own computer or phone, works alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any calling app, and works in person too. It does not record or store audio and saves only the transcript.

Attention transcribes and translates more than 100 languages, Spanish among them, though its settings mark some languages as 'post-call only'. TalkPilot coaches in English and Spanish and follows the language of the call, even when it switches mid-call. The apps and the Command Center are in both languages.

Attention does not list prices on its site: you sign up or book a call. TalkPilot Teams costs $32 per seat a month billed yearly, or $40 billed monthly, for teams of 3 or more, and every seat includes everything in Pro.

Where TalkPilot is not the right fit

Good to know before you choose.

    • It does not fill your CRM fields from each call. It logs the call, notes and action items to HubSpot or Salesforce after you review them.
    • It does not forecast deals or keep recordings. It saves the transcript, not the audio.

    Frequently asked questions

Does Attention help during a live call?

Partly. Its changelog says its Mac app shows live talk track and battlecard prompts during the call, added in June 2026. Most of what its site describes, CRM updates, follow-ups, scorecards and forecasts, happens after the call. TalkPilot is built around the live moment and works from your own playbook, approved answers, documents and notes.

Does a bot join the call?

With Attention, a notetaker joins by default, and its Mac app can record without one. With TalkPilot, never. It listens on the rep's own computer or phone, so nothing joins the meeting, and no audio is stored.

What does TalkPilot know before the call starts?

What you give it. Each rep can add documents, a short brief for the call, notes in Memory and their profile, and TalkPilot reads the calendar invite and the HubSpot or Salesforce contact. On Teams it also uses your company knowledge, playbook and approved answers. That is why its suggestions fit your product and your buyer, not a generic sales call.

Can TalkPilot fill in our CRM like Attention does?

Not in the same way. TalkPilot brings the HubSpot or Salesforce contact into the call, and after the call it logs the call, notes and action items once you review them. It does not fill deal fields from every call. If a CRM that fills itself is the main job, Attention is built for it.

Can we use TalkPilot and Attention together?

Yes. They do different jobs: TalkPilot helps the rep during the call, Attention records it and does the CRM and forecast work after. There is no integration between them today, so each keeps its own data.

    Does TalkPilot work in Spanish?

Yes. Coaching follows the language of the call, English or Spanish, even if it switches mid-call, or you can pick one in Settings. The apps and the Command Center are in English and Spanish. Attention transcribes Spanish and many more languages.

How much does each one cost?

TalkPilot Teams is $32 per seat a month billed yearly, or $40 billed monthly, from 3 seats, with no maximum. One person can use TalkPilot Pro for $20 a month. Attention does not list prices on its site.
