Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Allign Inc's services ("TalkPilot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Allign Inc provides an AI-powered platform designed to assist professionals and individuals with conversation coaching, transcription, documentation, and related insights. Our service is a tool and does not replace clinical, legal, medical, or other professional judgment.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Auto-Renewal
TalkPilot subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through the App Store. Current subscription tiers are:
- TalkPilot Pro (Monthly), auto-renews monthly until cancelled
- TalkPilot Pro (Yearly), auto-renews yearly until cancelled
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged at the price displayed in the app at the time of renewal.
Free trials: If we offer a free trial (currently 7 days), you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple, generally, each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial per subscription group, ever.
How to cancel: iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → TalkPilot → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple, not TalkPilot. We do not have the ability to refund App Store purchases directly. You can request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Whether Apple grants the refund is at their discretion.
TalkPilot Teams: TalkPilot Teams is billed by Allign Inc. through Stripe, per user, monthly or annually, with a minimum of 3 users. Every new self-serve workspace starts with a 30-day pilot: a payment method is required at setup, nothing is charged for the first 30 days, and cancelling in the Command Center (Settings → Billing) before day 30 means nothing is ever charged. After the pilot, the subscription renews at the end of each period until an admin cancels it; charges already made are not refunded. The refund section above applies only to purchases made through Apple.
Price changes: If we raise prices, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and in the app. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Apple Standard EULA
