    Delete your account and data

    Submit the form below to request permanent deletion of your TalkPilot account and the data associated with it. We verify every request against the email on file and complete verified requests within 30 days.

    What gets deleted: your profile, transcripts, session notes, AI analyses, knowledge base content, and calendar integration tokens.

    What we may retain: billing and transaction records we are legally required to keep, and anonymized aggregate usage data that cannot be linked back to you.

    Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription should be cancelled separately before requesting deletion.

    Must match the email used for your TalkPilot account so we can verify the request.
