TalkPilot is a real-time AI conversation coach for Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. It listens to your conversation from your own device and, when the other person finishes talking, shows you what to say or ask next. Before a conversation you can practice with an AI that plays the other person, and after it you get a short recap with your action items.

Download the app for your device and create your account. The Free plan needs no card. When your conversation begins, press Start. For better coaching, first write a one-line brief with your goal, like "Pricing call with Acme, I want a yes on the annual plan."

Yes, on Mac and Windows. TalkPilot works alongside any calling app on your computer: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, a softphone and more. It hears your microphone and your computer's sound, so there is nothing to install in those apps and no bot joins the call.

In person, yes. Open the app on your iPhone or Android phone and it hears the room. With Pro and your earbuds in, it can also whisper a short tip in your ear.

Phone calls are different. iPhone and Android don't let apps hear call audio, so a call on your phone only works on speaker. For calls, the Mac or Windows app works best.

Yes. The app, emails and Command Center come in English and Latin American Spanish, and you choose the app language in Settings. With the call language on Auto, coaching follows the language of the call, even if it switches halfway through. You can also set it to English only or Spanish only. Recaps come out in the language of the call. Today TalkPilot supports English and Spanish only.

Only after the other person finishes talking, never while you speak. How often depends on your coaching style:

• Standby (the default): quiet until you ask. Tap Assist, or say "Let me think" or "Great question", and a suggestion comes right away.
• Nudges: after every turn, a short direction for where to take the conversation.
• Teleprompter (Pro): after every turn, the exact line to say.

While you talk, short cues about how you're speaking, like "Slow down", can also show up.

No bot joins the call, and nothing appears in the other person's meeting. Suggestions show on your own screen, and earbud tips play only in your ear. One exception: if you share your screen, TalkPilot shows in the share unless you turn on Undetectable (Pro, Mac and Windows).

Recording and consent rules vary by place, and you are responsible for following the ones that apply to you.

Yes, with Pro or Teams on Mac and Windows. By default, TalkPilot is visible when you share your screen. Turn on Undetectable (the "Hidden on screen shares" setting) and its windows stay out of what you share, while you still see them. If your subscription ends, TalkPilot goes back to visible. Phones don't have this setting.

With Pro on iPhone or Android, put your earbuds in and TalkPilot whispers a 2 to 4 word tip in your ear, while the full suggestion stays on screen. It's made for conversations in person: the phone's mic hears the room, and only you hear the coaching. If the sound switches to a speaker, it stops mid-word, so nobody else hears it. You can choose the voice and the volume.

Yes. Write a one-line brief: who you're talking to and what you want. TalkPilot also uses your calendar event, your profile and your Memory (lessons from past calls plus notes you write). With Pro, you can add your own documents (PDF, TXT or MD). If you connect HubSpot or Salesforce, it can also bring in the contact and the open deal.

Pick a scenario and talk out loud with an AI that plays the other person, like the person interviewing you or a buyer who isn't sold yet. Each run gets a score out of 100, with what worked, what to work on and one drill for next time. There are 9 ready-made scenarios, 5-round story arcs and short daily drills.

Free includes 5 practice runs a month (up to 15 minutes each), the first 3 scenarios and 5 drills a day. Pro has no limit on runs, up to 30 minutes each.

Yes. With your calendar connected, you can rehearse an upcoming meeting, and TalkPilot builds the practice from the invite. You can also redo a past conversation from your Library, with the AI playing the real other person.

A one-line takeaway, your action items, the full transcript and a follow-up email draft that opens in Apple Mail, Gmail or Outlook. Action items can become calendar events, tasks or messages, and nothing goes out until you approve it in Review. Ask for a Deep Dive to see what went well and what to try next time.

Free shows the takeaway, your action items and "What you did well". The full Deep Dive is part of Pro. Everything stays in your Library.

Free costs $0 and needs no card. Each month you get 5 live conversations of up to 30 minutes each, plus 5 practice runs. Coaching uses the General mode, with the Standby and Nudges styles. A conversation only counts when it ends with at least one line of transcript, so a false start costs nothing. Your count starts over each calendar month. Compare plans

Pro is $20 a month. It adds unlimited conversations (up to 2 hours each), every mode plus your own custom modes, Teleprompter, coaching in your earbuds (iPhone and Android), Apple Watch, your documents, the full Deep Dive, full Practice and Undetectable on Mac and Windows.

You buy Pro inside the app: through the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android, or by card on Mac and Windows. Prices in the App Store and Google Play can differ a little by country. There's no trial: start on Free and upgrade when you need more.

Cancel it where you bought it:

• iPhone (App Store): open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then TalkPilot.
• Android (Google Play): open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
• Mac or Windows (card): in TalkPilot, open Settings, then Subscription, and click the manage button. The billing page that opens lets you cancel.

Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

We don't record or store audio. While you talk, the audio goes to our speech-to-text provider to make the transcript. Only the transcript is saved, in your account, together with your recap and action items. No bot joins the call.

In the personal app, only you can see your conversations. On TalkPilot Teams, managers see call scores, and they see transcripts only if your workspace allows it. Remember that TalkPilot shows on screen shares unless Undetectable is on. More in our Privacy Policy and on the Trust & Security page.

In the TalkPilot app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and your data for good. You can also send a request from the account deletion page.

If you pay for Pro, cancel your subscription first. If you own a Teams workspace that has other members, transfer ownership to someone else first.

Rules about recording and consent vary by country and state, and you are responsible for following the ones that apply to you. When in doubt, tell the other person you're using an AI assistant. Teams workspaces can turn on a notice for participants, added to the calendar invite or sent by email. It's off by default.

In the Command Center, managers see each call scored against your playbook: what was covered, how objections were handled and any guardrail breaks. A review queue flags the calls worth a look, and managers can leave coaching comments and assign practice. Full transcripts show only if your workspace allows it. Team members use the apps and don't open the Command Center.

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook (and Apple Calendar on iPhone). TalkPilot then shows your upcoming meetings, reminds you before they start and lets you rehearse them. On Mac and Windows, it offers to start when a meeting begins: Join & Start opens the meeting link and starts listening in one click. No bot ever joins your meeting, and TalkPilot only listens when you start it.

Yes. Connect HubSpot in the app's Integrations screen and log a call to a contact as a note. You can also log it as a call or meeting, turn action items into tasks and see the contact and open deal before the call. Deal stage changes only happen after you approve them, and nothing is sent until you review it.

Salesforce works the same way. The first time you connect it, Salesforce may show an "unverified app" notice.

• Email: your follow-up opens as a ready draft in Apple Mail, Gmail or Outlook, and you press send. With Outlook, TalkPilot can also send it for you after you review it.
• Slack: post a call recap to a channel.
• Asana: turn action items into tasks.
• Reminders and Messages (iPhone and Mac): turn action items into reminders or texts.

On a Mac, TalkPilot needs two permissions: Microphone for you and System audio for the other side. In TalkPilot, open Settings, then Permissions, to see what's missing, or turn them on in your Mac's System Settings, under Privacy & Security. Also check that the call is playing on the same computer: TalkPilot hears your mic and your computer's sound, not a call on another device.

iPhone and Android don't let apps hear call audio. Put the call or video call on speaker and take your headphones off, so the phone's mic can hear both sides. If you take a lot of calls, use the Mac or Windows app instead: it hears your computer's sound directly.

Check your coaching style first. Standby, the default, stays quiet until you tap Assist or say a trigger phrase like "Let me think". For a suggestion after every turn, switch to Nudges, or to Teleprompter with Pro. Suggestions also wait until the other person finishes talking, and short replies like "yeah" or "mm-hm" don't count as a turn.
